These terms govern your use of monsterfighterinc.com and every purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
1. Who We Are
Monster Fighter ("we", "us") sells faith-and-family apparel, printed on demand in the United States. Contact: [email protected].
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout.
- An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order (suspected fraud, pricing error, or a product we can no longer make).
- Sales tax is collected where the law requires it.
- Every item is made to order. Production and delivery timelines are described on the Shipping & Returns page.
3. Returns
Made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind or size choice. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items are replaced or refunded free within 30 days of delivery. The full policy lives on the Shipping & Returns page and is part of these terms.
4. Our Designs
Every design, logo, product photo, and piece of writing on this site belongs to Monster Fighter. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt. It does not license you to reproduce, resell, or print our artwork on other products. Scripture quotations are from public domain translations.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or interfere with the site, other customers' data, or our checkout. We log and act on abuse.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The site and products are provided "as is". Garment colors can render differently on different screens; minor print placement variance is inherent to on-demand printing and is not a defect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to your local venue.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
