Shipping & Returns
Every Monster Fighter piece is printed on demand, for you, when you order it. That is how we keep zero waste and zero warehouse mystery stock. Here is exactly how it works after you hit Place Order.
Shipping
- $5.95 flat rate on orders under $60.
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.
- We currently ship to the United States only.
Most family-match orders (two or more shirts) cross the $60 threshold and ship free.
How Long It Takes
- Production: 2-5 business days. Your shirt is printed, inspected, and packed at a US production facility. It does not exist until you order it.
- Shipping: 5-10 business days. Standard carrier delivery anywhere in the US.
- Tracking. The moment your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page.
Returns & Replacements
Because every item is made to order, we do not carry returned stock and cannot accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. Check the Size Guide before you order; the measurements come straight from the garment manufacturer.
We make it right, free, when:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The print is wrong, misaligned, or flawed
- You received a different item, size, or color than you ordered
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping, no restocking games, no runaround.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders move into production fast. If you need to cancel or fix a shipping address, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We will always try, but once an order is in production we cannot guarantee changes. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
